🐶 What is Pawty Yoga?

Pawty Yoga is Houston's newest puppy yoga experience — and we're bringing it to Memorial this summer! Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga session surrounded by adorable, playful puppies who will roam your mat, beg for cuddles, and make it nearly impossible to take yourself too seriously.

It's yoga. It's puppy therapy. It's pure joy — all in one.

No yoga experience needed. All ages welcome.

🐾 About the Puppies

Our puppies are provided by a certified, ethical local breeder and are 8–16 weeks old, fully vaccinated, and well-socialized. Each session is staffed to ensure both puppies and participants are happy, safe, and having a great time.

📋 Good to Know

• Each session is limited to 20 participants — sessions sell out fast
• Wear comfortable workout clothes you don't mind getting a little puppy'd on 🐾
• Bring your own yoga mat or grab one of ours on arrival
• Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled before class begins
• This event is family-friendly — kids are welcome with a participating adult
