Roll out a mat, meet the dogs, maybe go home with one. Pawty Yoga is bringing a 45-minute, easy, all-levels yoga class to the Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) shelter, with CAP's adoptable dogs roaming the room. Meet them, play, take photos, fall in love, and adopt the same day. 50% of every ticket goes directly to CAP.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never set foot on a mat, you'll fit right in. Flow through gentle, low-pressure poses while the dogs wander the mats and pick their favorites. Pawty Yoga is Houston's hometown yoga-with-dogs company: locally owned, family run, and rated 5.0 on Google.

What to know:
📅 Saturday, November 28 (Thanksgiving weekend). Two sessions: 9:15 AM and 10:15 AM. Pick your time at checkout.
🐕 These are adoptable shelter dogs of all ages and sizes, chosen by CAP's team that morning. Every dog in the room is available to adopt.
🏠 Fall in love? Adopt on the spot. CAP adoption fees are just $110 to $150, and every dog is already spayed or neutered. CAP's adoption counselors will be on hand.
💛 50% of every ticket goes directly to CAP, funding shelter, medical care, and adoptions for Houston's homeless pets.
⏱ 45 minutes of all-levels yoga with dogs roaming the mats. Everything wraps by 11 AM.

🧘 Mats provided, just bring yourself (and your camera, photos are welcome!)
🧦 Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little dog hair on. Leggings or joggers work best.
💧 Bring a water bottle. Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get settled before the dogs come in.
🚫 Please leave outside treats, toys, and food at home, and go easy on strong perfume. CAP's handlers manage the dogs throughout.
👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly: ages 7 and up, with an adult taking part alongside anyone under 18.
